Neelesh Kumar

Neelesh Kumar works on issues related to livelihoods, pension schemes, PDS, education and entitlements like Voter ID cards etc. Founder of grassroots organisation, Dhuri, he has been part of social justice networks in India, working with them on projects such as homeless shelters, affordable housing, Right to Food and Right to the City. He is also a consultant at IIHS Delhi, with the Academics and Research team, working on upgradation of informal settlements and housing rights, basti field work, advocacy and documentation for legal cases.
